The buyer first selects the products in the desired size and adds them to the shopping cart. After that, they choose the delivery method – to their home address with a shipping fee of 5.00 €.

After selecting the delivery method, the buyer chooses one of the offered payment methods – credit card for a one-time payment or installment, bank transfer, or cash on delivery.

By choosing credit card payment, after order confirmation, the user is redirected to the online payment service provider “Corvus Pay.”

By choosing cash on delivery as the payment method, the buyer commits to paying the product and delivery costs to the delivery service upon receiving the goods.

By choosing a bank transfer, the buyer receives an offer with a reference number and payment details to the email address provided in the order. The offer is valid for three days.

In the final step, the buyer is asked to enter contact information and provide their billing and shipping address to complete the ordering process.

After placing the order, the buyer will be notified of the order receipt via email.

Upon receiving the order and payment confirmation, the seller initiates the order processing and delivery preparation. Once the order is processed, the seller sends an order confirmation to the buyer’s email address.

If the seller is unable to deliver certain items, the buyer will be informed by email within a maximum of 3 business days. In this case, the buyer will be refunded the amount paid for the unavailable products, if payment has been made.
